Barn-Hayloft / Studio Conversion
In order to minimize costs, plumbing was designed to be only on the east side of the building. Also a grinder/pump was installed to connect the waste system in the barn to the waste system in the main house.Copper pipe was used for all supply and PVC was used for waste. Since the hot water will only be used occassionally, we opted for an AquaStar on demand water heater.
